By accessing or using the Limbix trading journal and psychology tracker website, web applications, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Limbix (operated by Limbix SAS, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides software solutions designed to help active traders document their trade setups, define rule checklists (playbooks), score their discipline, and leverage conversational AI for psychological analysis.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Service at any time, including feature availability and price models, with or without prior notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately at support@limbix.app if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Disclaimer — No Financial Advice
Limbix is an educational, psychological, and behavioral tracking tool. Limbix is not a registered broker-dealer, financial advisor, or investment analyst.
Trading financial instruments (including but not limited to equities, futures, options, forex, and cryptocurrencies) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your capital. All features, analytics, playbook scoring, and suggestions provided by the AI Coach are for self-reflective purposes only and should not be construed as investment recommendations or financial advice.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, visual design tokens, logos, graphics, interface elements, layout, and software are the exclusive property of Limbix SAS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Limbix, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, trading capital, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Paris, France.
