1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Limbix trading journal and psychology tracker website, web applications, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Limbix provides trading analytics, rule tracking, journal logging, and AI coaching tools intended solely for personal, non-commercial analytical use. Limbix does not execute trades, manage funds, or provide personalized financial or investment advice.
3. User Account & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify Limbix immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all trade logs, journal entries, and content you import or create in Limbix. Limbix retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform design, software code, AI engine architecture, and trademarks.
