Limbix Troubleshooting: Empty Scores, Imports, R
Limbix troubleshooting for new traders: scores showing a dash, imports that skip trades, trades on the wrong day, missing R, fees and plan limits.
This Limbix troubleshooting table answers the problems new traders hit in their first weeks. Most are not errors. A "—" is a data gate: Limbix shows no number rather than one built on too little data. Each answer names the reason and the fix, and links to the page that explains it.
| My Discipline Score shows "—". | Nothing in the period could be scored. That means no trade linked to a playbook with rules, and no impulsive trade carrying phantom checks. The Dashboard's default range is today, so before your first trade of the day it shows "—" too. | Link trades to a playbook that has rules, or pick a longer period. See Discipline Score. |
| My Risk Score shows "—". | Too little of it could be measured over the trailing 30 days. It is never shown as a number built on one thin component: one part on its own is never enough. | Fill the gates in Your first 7 days: stops, a daily limit, recent trades. |
| Risk Consistency shows "—". | It needs 8 trades with a risk amount in the last 30 days, in one currency. | Add the stops you actually had. See Risk Consistency. |
| Loss Containment shows "—" even though I have losing trades. | Only losers with a real stop count, and it needs 5 of them. A loser with no stop is measured from its exit and left out on purpose. | Record your stops. See Loss Containment. |
| Exposure Discipline shows "—". | You haven't set a max daily loss or a max trades per day, or you have fewer than 3 trading days in the last 30. | Set a limit under Settings, NEX. See Set your risk limits. |
| My trade has no R. | It has no stop and it won, or its symbol has no known point value. A win without a stop says nothing about what was at risk. | Open the trade, click Edit, fill Stop loss, click Save changes. See R-multiple. |
| A losing trade shows about −1R but I never set a stop. | With no stop, the exit price stands in as the stop. The trade is measurable, but it's on exit basis and doesn't count toward Loss Containment. | Add the stop you really had, if you had one. |
| My losses show −1.02R, not −1R. | R uses net P&L, so fees push a clean stop-out a little past −1R. | Nothing to fix. Loss Containment allows a small margin past −1R for fees and slippage. See Net vs gross P&L and Loss Containment. |
| My Discipline Score is lower than my Rule Compliance. | Your Risk Score band sets a ceiling. The Discipline Score is the lower of the two. | Raise the weakest risk component. See Risk Score. |
| One impulsive trade dropped my score a lot. | Each impulsive trade counts as if it broke a typical playbook's worth of rules. | Link the playbook if it was planned. If not, the score is right. See Impulsive trades. |
| My import skipped some trades. | Rows that aren't filled orders are ignored, positions still open at the end of the file aren't imported, and symbols with no known contract size are flagged "Unsupported instrument". | Check the preview before Confirm import. See Import formats and Instruments. |
| My broker file isn't recognised. | Only six broker exports are detected from their headers. | Use Generic CSV and map the six required columns on Map. See Map any CSV. |
| "No account can receive an import yet." | Import only works into a Futures or Forex / CFD account. | Add a futures or forex/CFD account under Settings, Trading accounts, or log a trade by hand. |
| My file is too large. | Imports accept up to 10 MB per file on every plan, and a maximum number of rows. | Export a shorter date range and import the pieces one at a time. See File too large. |
| I imported the same file twice. | Nothing happens the second time. Each trade is matched by account, symbol, side, open time, quantity and entry price, not by filename. | Nothing to fix. See Duplicates. |
| My trades are on the wrong day or hour. | Broker times without a timezone are read in your profile timezone when you import. If it was wrong then, the stored times are off, and changing it later won't move them. | Fix Timezone under Settings, Profile, then Undo import in import history and import again. See Trading day. |
| I changed my timezone and my stats look incomplete. | Limbix is recalculating your history for the new timezone. It can take a few minutes on a large account. | Wait for the notice to finish. If it failed, click Retry recalculation. |
| My net P&L equals my gross P&L. | No fees were recorded. The import had no fee column mapped, or the manual trade had no fees. | Map Fees / commission on import, or edit the trade's Fees. See Net vs gross P&L. |
| I can't create another playbook. | Essential includes 3 playbooks, and archived ones still count toward the limit. | Delete one you no longer use. Its trade links and history are kept, so past scores don't change. Or see Plans. |
| NEX, check-ins or the Behavioral Profile are locked. | They're part of Pro and Ultimate. The Behavioral Profile also needs 30 trades before it can be built. | See Plans and NEX quotas. |
