Limbix Plans: Essential, Pro and Ultimate
Limbix plans compared: what Essential, Pro and Ultimate include, from playbooks, storage and analytics to NEX requests, profile refresh and Prop Hub.
Limbix plans come in three tiers: Essential, Pro and Ultimate. Essential covers the journal itself: trade import, playbooks, the dashboard, the full mistake tracker and your Discipline and Risk scores. Pro adds NEX, check-ins, deeper analytics and Prop Hub. Ultimate adds unlimited fair-use NEX, a weekly Behavioral Profile and unlimited prop accounts.

What stays the same on every plan#
Import is not a plan feature. The file size limit is the same everywhere, and so are the supported formats in import formats. Your Discipline Score, Risk Score and mistake costs use the same formulas on every plan. A higher plan shows you more breakdowns of them. It never changes the numbers.
What happens when you downgrade#
Nothing is deleted automatically. Features above your new plan lock instead:
- NEX, sentiment, Behavioral Profile and check-ins lock on Essential. Your entries and history stay.
- Playbooks over the Essential limit: you choose which ones to keep, and the rest are locked. Until you choose, new trade links are paused. A locked playbook keeps its trade links and history, so your past Discipline Scores don't change, but you can't edit it or link new trades to it until you upgrade. See locked playbooks.
- Prop Hub and advanced analytics stay visible and need an upgrade to open.
Locked features become available again if you upgrade later.
Frequently asked questions#
What does the Essential plan include?#
Essential is the entry plan. It includes trade import, manual entry, 3 playbooks, 1 GB of storage, the dashboard, the Notebook, the full mistake tracker and both scores. NEX, check-ins and Prop Hub stay visible as locked upgrade paths. Prices for every plan will be published when billing goes live.
How many NEX requests do I get?#
Essential has no NEX allowance. Pro includes 50 requests a month, and the counter resets monthly. Ultimate is unlimited under fair use. You can see what you've used under Settings, then NEX, in the Monthly quota card. What counts as a request is explained in NEX quotas and privacy.
Does a higher plan change my Discipline or Risk Score?#
No. Both scores use the same formulas and the same data on every plan. Pro and Ultimate add views of the same numbers, such as the rule leaderboard and rule-level breakdowns. They never add points. See Discipline Score.
What happens to my playbooks if I drop to Essential?#
You pick which playbooks to keep, up to the Essential limit, and the rest are locked, not deleted. Trades already linked to them keep their links, so their rules still count in your Discipline Score. A locked playbook can't be edited or linked to new trades until you upgrade again.
